Belt Technologies can offer complete stainless steel belt conveyor systems to meet most automation needs. The conveyor system is manufactured as a stand-alone unit that is easily integrated into your machine design. The unit is tested for proper pulley alignment, belt tracking and belt tension before shipping, allowing the design engineer a complete conveyor package to insert into their designs. Framing can be extruded aluminum or welded steel, depending on the application. Motors and controls can be added as well. Other customization options include vacuum or timing.

• Stand Types: Pedestal, H-style, fixed adjustable, horizontal, incline with floor attachments or casters
• Motor Mount: Above, below or beside conveyor frame

• Tracking: Optional AutoTrack system continually monitors belt location near idler pulley for precise side-to-side belt positioning
• Timed Drives: Timed (synchronous) belt and pulley features available. Belt positioning of 0.001″ is achievable in a mechanically timed conveyor system.
